Enjoy an authentic omakase sushi experience with over 10 pieces of fresh, seasonal sushi prepared by a skilled chef—featuring traditional Edo-style selections such as tuna, sea bream, conger eel, and vegetable sushi. The setting is completely private and intimate, reserved exclusively for one group per 2-hour session. English-friendly communication is available, making it ideal for international guests. A wide selection of Japanese sake and beer is offered, curated by a sushi chef with deep knowledge of sake (also a certified wine sommelier). For non-drinkers, we provide green tea or matcha.

Inspired by the spirit of the traditional Japanese tea ceremony, this experience offers a calm and intimate introduction to matcha and tea culture.

Instead of the formal tatami seating style, the ceremony is conducted in a comfortable table-and-chair style, allowing guests to enjoy the experience without the difficulty of sitting in seiza.

During the session, the host will prepare matcha for you while explaining the meaning of matcha, Japanese tea culture, and the philosophy behind the tea ceremony.
